Travis Adams

Travis loves to work with families to find the heartbeat of their home. For him, the joy is in the collaboration.

If you have even a hint of a vision of what you are hoping to accomplish, he will put in the work to bring it into clarity.

With over fifteen years of construction and design experience, he has a handle on how to make the 'beautiful' happen, while ensuring that it will stand up to life with timeless grace.

Layout

This is your 'Blueprint' view.

This is the best way to envision the accessibility and workflow

in your space.

Depending on the scope of your project, we will produce layer sets by category and phase.

Each layer serves to bring your project together smoothly and make life easier for you, the client. You will know that everything is accounted for.

It also helps our tradesmen to clearly work through the project, knowing what each phase will entail.

For our client, this could be a layer with all the finishes and selections notated, and for our tradesmen, it could be a layer dedicated to plumbing, electrical, framing, etc.

You will receive a full layer set as part of your design package.

Elevations

This is your 'First Person' view.

Each wall of your project will be produced in this view with detailed notes for cabinet specifications and other pertinent details.

These are helpful to you the client, and to our craftsmen in the shop, giving them every detail they need to build the pieces that make your space Pinterest worthy.

Elevations sets are included with your design package.

Renderings

This is your 'Virtual Reality' view.

Although it won't full compare to the real deal, this 3D view will give you better feel for the space, and help you to picture your family and friends coming together.

With the power of technology, we can play with lighting and finishes to get close to the finished product.

You will receive several renderings as part of your design package.

Samples Library

We want you to see and feel the products that will

make up your new space.

We have a 'Library' of selections materials and are continually adding to it.

If we don't have it, we can typically get it, and will add it to the 'Library'.

Selections

This is where we have some fun, and bring your personality to the party!

We will do the work to build a detailed list of anything and everything that needs to be selected, such as plumbing and lighting fixtures, tile and flooring products, and paint colors.

We are here for you with recommendations based on our conversations and the style of your home.

Each week leading up to the project, you will receive an updated selections sheet with all the info you need to help the project run smoothly.

Decor and Furniture

This is what makes it all come together.

Whether you need a full interior decorating plan, or just a second opinion, we're here for it.

Maybe it's a found item at your local boutique or social marketplace,

or perhaps reupholstering

your grandads chair.

We love to work with colors and textures to help you feel at home.
